Scope Of Work
Constructed in 2007, Settler’s Square is a 24,000 square foot retail center in the heart of Oregon City, just off Hwy 213 near Clackamas Community College. With four buildings and nine spaces, Settler’s Square includes a mix of restaurants, retail, office space and automotive repair. Major tenants include Lil’ Cooperstown Bar and Grill, Meineke Car Care Center, and Oregonians Credit Union.
