Scope Of Work
Work on this project included the installation of Vibrating Wire Piezometers (VWP) to be used in conjunction with the South Portal Dewatering activities. This work was completed in advance of the tunnel boring machine arrival scheduled for 2013. A series of VWP’s were drilled and placed at multiple depths on each boring. Boring depths ranged from 60’ – 85’ below ground surface.
