Scope Of Work
Carriage Crossing Senior Living’s latest community will be located in Mundelein, IL at the southwest corner of the intersection of S. Midlothian Rd. and Courtland St. This 105K GSF, three story structure will consist of 78 assisted living units along with a 16 unit memory care wing. The design is a subtle modern take on Colonial forms and concepts, consistent with the styling seen in many neighboring homes.
