Scope Of Work

Completed two months ahead of schedule, the $8.4 million Lutheran High School of the Rockies accommodates 300 students, with potential for growth to accommodate up to 800 students. The 63,000-square-foot building includes classrooms, state-of-the-art science labs, administrative offices, an auditorium and a 12,000-square-foot gymnasium with a cushioned, maple sports floor. 

This school is equipped with an extensive computer network, sound system and theatrical lighting system. Exterior amenities include an eight-lane polyurethane running track, an artificial turf soccer/football field, parking, landscaping, and site development of the 18-acre site and football stadium.
