Scope Of Work
Kiewit has completed multiple projects on Exempla Lutheran Medical Center’s campus, including:
Renovation of a fully operational breast health clinic
Renovation of an emergency department, including a waiting room, triage bays and support services
Interior demolition and renovation of an existing medical office building to create a new infusion center, which features private, semi-private and public infusion rooms, a cancer center, offices and a gift boutique
Upgrades of IST closets to include UPS and HVAC systems throughout the facility
Kiewit has developed close relationships with the hospital staff which helps deliver work without negatively affecting hospital operations.
