Scope Of Work
Our plans for the remodel of this special building carefully considered the organization’s mission: the preservation of the quality of life, ambiance, and environmental integrity of this unique barrier island community. We ensured that the update from a 1960s building to current architecture maintains the beauty and serenity of island living.
Home to the Captiva Memorial Library which began in 1936, we completed an extensive renovation without compromising the significance of the external and internal environments to the community.
