Scope Of Work

Situated on a picturesque Fort Lauderdale canal, J. Alexander’s combines their specialty Mesquite grilled seafood and beef entrees with their “everything from scratch” menu. The new 8,500 square foot restaurant features an exterior dining area overlooking the canal, display cooking for all to see, and a full service bar and lounge. It utilizes mahogany millwork, granite countertops, exposed heavy timber trusses, full brick masonry, and flagstone to create an upscale atmosphere. With completion of the projects currently under way, R.D. Olson will have completed six restaurants for this successful restaurant chain.
