Scope Of Work
Design-build services for this 55,000-sf transfer station. The facility was designed to process approximately 3,500 TPD and was built on a former landfill site. The project included demolition of an existing building, 30,000 CY of municipal solid waste excavation, ground compaction, 484 H-Piles for deep foundation stabilization, methane mitigation, and 7,000 CY of concrete with 700 tons of reinforcing steel. Additional project components included a new site entrance, two loadout tunnels and ramps, a new scale and tarping station, and a new scalehouse.
