Scope Of Work
Design/build upgrades to an existing two-story, 6,000-sf Administration Building and five-bay, 5,500-sf maintenance shop. Key features include higher end locker room, break room and training room finishes, state-of-the-art audio/visual features throughout the facility offices, conference rooms and common areas, and advanced IT capabilities implemented for driver technology equipment usage and interface with dispatch and administration. Site rework included removal of unsuitable soils to provide parking and power pedestals for 43 trucks and 46 employee vehicles. Additional enhancements were also completed including overall site security and installation of new underground utilities: new transformer, propane tanks, tight tank and oil-water separator tank, and a fire water line.
