 Concrete tilt with 30’ clear height 
DESCRIPTION: A design build project for Simmons Mattress Manufacturing Facility. Simmons occupied 150,000 square feet of the facility with the remaining space leased to PODS and Star Pipe. The site required surcharging of the building pad with 6’ of fill in order to induce settlement. The fill was then removed and placed on an adjacent site. The building included 40 fc lighting, upgraded ventilation, ESFR sprinkler, upgraded building insulation and heating system. The project was fast tracked to help Simmons in their production down time during their relocation. The project was coordinated to accommodate all their electrical and mechanical systems during initial design and layout.
