Concrete tilt with 30’ clear height 
DESCRIPTION: This was a   project for a large cabinet manufacturer in the Northwest. The building designwas based on their manufacturing process and was adjusted to maximize their efficiency. We worked together with their process engineer and the city to ensure permitting of the manufacturing build out would not delay their original move in date. The facility included a large dust collection system, a return air system that utilized heat from the equipment for energy savings, 35 fc lighting, 17,000 square feet of office build out, colored and stained concrete at the showroom and a complete security system.
