Scope Of Work
A build to suit project for a recreational vehicle parts distribution company. The build out included 20,000 square feet of two story offices, upgraded energy efficient warehouse lighting, rigid insulation and a single ply roofing membrane. The site included three 12’ diameter underground detention pipes to maximize the parking areas.
