Scope Of Work
A design build speculative warehouse constructed as Phase 1 of Lakewood Corporate Center. The interior included freeze protection heating, lighting to 20 fc and an ESFR sprinkler system with a pump. The project had to be precisely coordinated with the McChord Air Force Base due to cranes and other construction activity taking place in the fly zone of the base.
