Scope Of Work
A 6.3 acre business park with five buildings ranging in size from 13,000 to 20,000 square feet. The buildings were designed and constructed for light industrial with some office use. This site required a stream crossing to access the northern two buildings which made scheduling and staging a critical aspect of the project.
