Scope Of Work
Description: Clean up of an existing mini storage and commercial property for Bargain Storage, LLC. Included approximately 30,000sf of asphalt grinding, grading and new 2” overlay. About 30,000sf of crack seal and seal coat, new perimeter fencing, all new security system with cameras, new access control gates and keypads, repainting of the entire facility and an office and apartment renovation.
