Scope Of Work
This was a design build office building for Kirk Cameron. We organized all design, permitting, and tenant build out for the owner occupied building. Water quality and detention was accomplished via underground pipes and water quality catch basins. The shell, core and 10,000 square feet of office space were completed in 6.5 months.
