Scope Of Work
A design build project for ING Investments who pre-leased 250,000 square feet of the building to Corporate Express. The site included 106,000 cy of surcharge in order to induce settlement, 3 acres of wetland mitigation and underground pump systems due to the high water table at the site. The project was completed during winter construction so the entire site and building pad were cement treated. The building included lighting to 30 fc, 6” reinforced slabs, upgraded insulation and heating, and an ESFR sprinkler system.
