Description:
This project included 25,000 sf addition including a new kitchen and classroom wing, along with renovations to the cafeteria, family/speech counseling, administration area, classrooms, science labs, library, and music education. The project also includes removing and replacing all (100,000 sf) of their parking, drives and sidewalks.
All work was phased and accomplished on an occupied campus.
