Scope Of Work
- Power wash all surfaces to receive coatings.
- Protect adjacent surfaces. Mask as needed. Spot prime as needed.
- Repair stucco with polymer concrete patch as needed to match existing. Apply elastomeric caulking @ all cracks less than 1/8th inch wide in stucco.
- Apply one coat premium grade masonry primer @ all stucco walls. (ALT.)
- Apply two coats exterior premium grade latex acrylic solid body stain as per manufacturer’s specifications @ all stucco walls complete. Apply two coats industrial grade semi-gloss enamel at garage man door.
- Painting Interior Bathroom walls.
