Scope Of Work
Project: 51 Year Old-4500 Ton Industrial Condenser-Complete Surface Preparation, Rebuilding and Coating to a 2 pass Condenser- Tube Sheets, Waterboxes and End Plates
Problem: Multiple layers of coatings and patches applied over many years, significant corrosion build-up that needed to be removed and significant metal loss. and heavy pitting due to extensive years of erosions and corrosion damage
Solution: Remove all existing coatings/patches and heavy corrosion to bare substrate. Grit blasted tube sheet/waterbox/end plates to an SP10 profile and cleanliness. Coated and repaired equipment with a 100% solids Ceramic Epoxy.
