Scope Of Work
This parking lot hosts the Waverly Farmers Market on Saturdays. Brenton Landscape Architecture worked with Waverly Main Street to obtain funding for streetscape improvements and stormwater retrofit. Sidewalk planters were expanded. New stone curbing replaced the degraded landscape timbers. Some of the degraded landscaping was replaced with native trees, shrubs and perennials. Our rain garden design was modified by the Contractor and some of the specified plant materials replaced with less suitable selections. Brenton LA worked with Waverly Main Street to secure a grant for this project from the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
