Scope Of Work
Completed three months ahead of schedule, our phased replacement of this WSSP middle school involved the construction of a new 103,000 sf campus as well as all site work and athletic fields, tennis courts, and demolition of the existing facilities.
Constructed directly adjacent to the existing occupied, fully operational school, this award-winning, $30M facility was carefully sequenced to minimize impacts to adjacent operations and ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.
