Scope Of Work
The first LEED Gold certified building constructed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, the Cascade School Age Center is a 23,000 sf facility housing classrooms and child-care spaces, offices, play areas, and kitchen facilities.
Delivered under a design-build contract, the FORMA team worked closely with colleagues and stakeholders to anticipate and mitigate issues as they arose in the field, creating strong partnerships with all project participants and keeping the job on schedule and on budget.
