Scope Of Work
Our phased replacement of the WSSP certified Baker Middle School was completed directly adjacent to the existing, fully operational campus, and surrounded on all sides by an established neighborhood with limited, congested access roads.
Phases 1-3 sequenced construction and occupancy of the new school, while the final two phases involved demolition of the original campus and installation of new synthetic turf play fields. Deliveries, storage and the scheduling of activities involving major construction equipment were all carefully pre-planned in collaboration with project stakeholders to mitigate our impact on school operations and the surrounding neighbors, and to ensure that we would have adequate space for lay down and storage of materials.
