Scope Of Work
This project was a ground-up project. It was for the complete new construction of the Police Station and connecting that new building to an existing building. In addition Dolphin performed an interior build-out of the existing building. During construction, Dolphin Project Management noted numerous Value Engineering alternatives to save the client money on the overall project budget. Dolphin personnel successfully worked closely with various town officials and requirements to ensure that town and police operations were not affected by construction operations during normal and after hour work periods.
