Scope Of Work
Complete remodel of a 17,000 sf structure to house JGI executive and engineering offices, plus an educational training laboratory. The scope included extensive seismic retrofitting, new electrical service and distribution equipment, new HVAC systems and extensive custom casework and millwork.
