WWHS building modernization was a LEED silver project consisting of a complete renovation and addition with an accelerated schedule to minimize student relocation for only one academic year. Blackwood of DC was a key subcontractor for this project and performed work consisting of building concrete, slab on grade, slab in fills, slab on metal decks, footing modification and expansion, grade beams, foundation walls, footings, radius stairs, site concrete, pavers, and drainage.
