Scope Of Work
Blackwood of DC performed a wide range of concrete scope on the 46 unit luxury condominium located in downtown Silver Spring. Blackwood was one of the first trades on the job, completing the selective demolition and excavation scope followed by the footings, building foundation, elevator pits, and slab on grade. In addition, Blackwood will be one of the last contractors on-site, completing the concrete walks and brick pavers.
