Scope Of Work
Cardoza was built in 1916, previously known as Central High School and listed on the National Historic Registry. GCS-Sigal is the General Contractor managing the $100 million project for DC that will include a regulation- size gym and new parking structure. Blackwood was hired to build the new foundation for the gym, the walls, the elevator pit and the reinforced elevated concrete parking decks.
