Scope Of Work
Miller-Valentine Construction worked with PLK Communities on the construction of this luxury apartment development east of Cincinnati. The apartments have open concept floor plans with one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The two-story tall entry vestibule and the lobby lounge is locatednext to the leasing and concierge .
Upscale amenities include:
Walk-out, private porch, or balcony in each unit
Granite countertops
Stainless steel appliances
24-hour fitness room
Mail/package room
On-floor trash and recycling
Residents have access to the 4,200 square feet of amenity space next to the outdoor courtyard, which leads to the saltwater pool and sun deck. The entertainment kitchen and media lounge have plenty of space for gathering.
