In 2007, the organization introduced a new branch prototype within the Louisville, KY market which consists of office space, community meeting rooms, a financial library, traditional service lines, and drive-through service. In addition, a cyber café is available for customers with computers for internet banking, complementary coffee, and bakery goods.

The interior finish hinged on custom mill-work and granite which can be found at the concierge desk, as well as in the bookcases that house plasma televisions and showcase local glass art. The decorative lighting’s strategic placement is another prominent design feature; the lights vary in material and texture.
