Scope Of Work
Kelley Construction finished building Donan Engineering’s new headquarters in June 2016. Donan is a growing forensic engineering firm with 65 offices across the country.
This 3-story, 38,400 sq. ft. corporate office is located in Blankenbaker Station II in Louisville, KY. Donan’s new office features 3 exterior covered balconies – one on each floor – exposed cross bracing, dry-erase walls, and a unique stair system prefabricated in Japan.
Through feasibility/construct-ability analyzes we provided the owner with different scenarios to identify which mechanical systems would be best suited for them in comparison with short-term and long-term value.
