Scope Of Work
RC Legnini is currently completing a historical renovation in Westtown Township, Pennsylvania at the municipal owned Oakbourne Mansion. Built in the late 1800s by Mr. and Mrs. John Hulme, the mansion is a classic example of High Victorian / Queen Anne Revival.
RC Legnini is providing exterior finish renovations, including reconstruction custom metalwork to cornices and other architectural metals around the structure. A renovation of the side deck is being performed to repair extensive rot. The structure will continue to be a center piece of wedding photos in Chester County for years to come!
