Scope Of Work

With its grand clock tower, the Duffy Center for the Performing Arts is the new focal point of the campus at Malvern Preparatory School.  The 33,000 sf center includes a 600 seat performing arts theater with state-of-the-art flytower stage rigging, lighting and performance audio systems, as can be seen at most professional performing arts facilities.  The facility features modern classrooms (all outfitted with smartboards), recording studio, and band and chorus rooms for the performance disciplines. For the art students, the building includes modern ceramics, crafts, computer labs, dark room and photography classrooms as a great learning environment.
