Scope Of Work
The Bring Back Baseball organization worked hard for nearly 20 years to make this project a reality in Lancaster, PA. To meet the league’s schedule, Warfel successfully completed this project with an aggressive 9-month fast-tracked schedule. Built on a reclaimed brownfield industrial site in downtown Lancaster, this 125,000 square foot stadium seats 6,200 and features 22 luxury skyboxes and 5 multi-function skyboxes. A picnic area in right field is utilized for corporate functions and large group events. Four state-of-the-art scoreboards and an outfield playground are also features of the park which is also used for softball, football, soccer and various entertainment purposes such as concerts and winter time ice skating.
The project is the NATIONAL recipient of the CMAA (Construction Management Association of America) Project Achievement Awards in the Public Project category and also a NATIONAL ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) project winner.
