Scope Of Work

This 240-bed facility consists of 66 private rooms and 87 semi-private rooms. The new, 2- and 3-story, 135,645 sf Centre Care facility consists of three main areas to serve patients: a high acuity area for patients with complex medical conditions, a memory care area, and another for short-term rehabilitation.

The new building includes enhanced food service areas in each separate area of the building. There is a chapel, multi-purpose room, a large conference room, beauty/barber shop and spa area, as well as training and administrative areas. The new facility also includes a physical therapy as well as a dialysis suite.
