Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the reconstruction/ rehabilitation of sections of three major streets in the City of Visalia. Work was performed on Mooney Blvd from Steward to Ferguson, Houston Ave from Dinuba to Bride, and Chinowth St from Whitendale to Walnut. Each section used different construction techniques and provided unique challenges.
