Scope Of Work

Challenging interior renovation of existing and operational 4,000 sq. ft. restaurant including exterior improvements in the center of downtown Coral Gables, Florida. Strategically phased restaurant remodel implemented in four separate phases to keep restaurant in operation during 6 months of construction.  Built-in seating reupholstered with no visible seams in sequenced, full- grain Italian cowhides.  Notable project highlights include a custom color blocked translucent wall divider panels and sound system installed for private dining room, 84″ color TV floating over a bar, enhancements of all ceilings and wooden maple beams and faux painting. Metal canopies with wooden tongue-and-grove light ceilings and a 12-foot operable wall were added to the exterior façade opening the restaurant to the Ponce De Leon streetscape.
