Scope Of Work
This Design-Build project consists of the renovation of an existing administrative area on the second floor of Building 4. Construction includes the modification of the stairwell and hallway from the first floor, storage space, exterior renovations to include steps and handrails at various entrances, repairs to the existing smokestack cornice, pavement and sidewalk repairs and the complete replacement of deteriorated HVAC underground piping between Building 3 and Building 4.
