Scope Of Work
Banneker served as the design-build contractor for this three-phase design-build project.
This project included the transformation of the existing space into two conference rooms, seven offices, four work stations, storage areas for IT and LAN equipment to support the conference room, AV equipment and finishes. The scope included HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical and FF&E.
