Scope Of Work
Banneker was awarded the East half of the 2nd floor after we successfully completed the Half of the 2nd floor in record time. This renovation replaced the existing private office partitions with glass storefront systems and glazed swing doors. Enclosed multi-purpose rooms were added to offset the transition to more open work areas and increased telework options. The scope of work for the entire 2nd floor included selective demolition, marble cleaning, flooring, walls, doors, millwork, ceiling, carpet, painting, plumbing, Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, dust partitions, windows, and cabling. This project was performed in accordance with LEED requirements as the building is LEED Certified Silver.
