Scope Of Work
This Design Build project consisted of 18,000 square feet of exterior repairs to prevent water penetration to the interior portions of the building. The project included the replacement of a Barrett Roof System Ram Tough 250 Rubberized Asphalt membrane to replace the complete roof, new through-wall flashing, weeps, end dams, masonry removal and replacement at the perimeter windows and drain modifications were included in our scope of work.
