Trish has directed multiple, highly complex, global IT Programs at a
Fortune 50 company, up to $1B Budget, within .02% variance year after
year. She has a solid track record of saving time and money by keeping
the team focused on objectives, removing barriers, and streamlining
activities. Trish has also led multiple virtual and in-person
international teams. Working with Ruiz & Nicolson, she has
implemented new profit lines including property development, project
management, and multi-family rehabs and new construction. New software
for marketing, reporting, and to improve project and fiscal visibility
and management are also to her credit. Trisha has increased profit
margins by focusing expenditures on key targets, setting underwriting
standards, and reducing costs. Prior to joining Ruiz & Nicolson,
Trisha held multiple leadership roles at American Express, overseeing
a variety of global IT Risk Management and Change Management programs.
