Scope Of Work
When High Point initially approached Platinum about building our their space, the design was significantly larger than what High Point as new company walling to risk in building their first office. Barclay Platinum's Senior Estimator was able to meet with Brad, the owner, and the Architect to discuss certain options and better understand Brad's goals for the space. Priority's were set and a new estimate established that fit the budget. Drawings were submitted for permit in late April and Construction was completed
