Scope Of Work
This project consists of two retail shell buildings totalling 20,000sf and providing 9 retail spaces for future tenants. Elite provided engineered framing for exterior walls and parapets, sheathing, air/vapor barrier and insulation, as well as framing and drywall for interior demising walls.
