Scope Of Work

Midwest was hired to build this new 3000 square foot dealership on a critical schedule set by Hyundai and delivered on time and on budget. Built on a conventional steel construction platform the building features cost saving Dri-Design exterior panels and large storefront windows. Midwest worked with the architect to re-design the electrical package saving the customer over $20,000.  features include tile floors throughout the showroom,  offices, a breakroom, and  restrooms.
