Scope Of Work
Midwest was hired through a partnership with Jubilee Ministries to build 6 “small homes” (488 square feet each) at Central Commons. Central Commons is located on the corner of 16th Street and Central Avenue. The one bedroom, 1 bath homes are energy efficient. The homes were built around a common area intended to be owner-occupied and managed like a condominium association.
