Scope Of Work

Newco Construction has delivered many projects for corporate and franchise Popeye’s units for varying rollout programs over the years. These programs were designed to help increase efficiency, lower food costs, and improve overall customer experience. All work was completed at night while the locations were closed. While all construction has its challenges, ensuring the restaurant was operational and clean to restaurant industry standards each morning was not only challenging, but critical, to maintaining sales during the upgrades.
