Scope Of Work
$345 million master plan expansion including a 289-room 19-story and 98-room luxury hotels, 8,000 sf spa, 5,000-seat event center, 15,000 sf meeting space, and 1,200-car parking garage. Project included a 6MW cogeneration facility to supply electricity, steam and chilled water through a new campus wide utility distribution system.
