Scope Of Work
GMA was selected by the Chicago Housing Authority for the $4.3 million Las Americas Apartment Renovation, a fully occupied Senior building located in the Pilsen neighborhood. GMA will implement care safeguards and construction sequencing to ensure resident safety, reduce impact to building operations, and minimize resident inconvenience. The scope of work includes exterior restoration, new building entries, mechanical system replacement, interiors renovation, and site improvements.
